Hi, welcome to
the 3D tutorial for the making of prepaid mobile card.
Step1: Activate
the snap, angle snap, percentage snap toggle.
Step2: Click the shapes
in the create panel and create the rectangle in the FRONT VIEWPORT with the
values for length=120,width=200,corner radius=10.
Step3: Click the
shapes in the create panel and off the tick for the start new shape with the
rectangle selected.
Step4: Clicking on the line draw the shape as
shown in fig.01.

Step5:
In the modify tab got sub-object mode and select the vertices and chamfer with
value=3.0 and then rescale the middle selected vertices as shown in the
fig.02.

Step6:
Select the rectangle and then apply the extrude modifier from modifier list. And
then increase the amount value=3.0 as in the fig.03.

Step7:
Now create the target camera in LEFT VIEWPORT as shown in the fig.04.

Step8:
Change to the camera view from changing perspective viewport to camera view.
Then press "M" and drag the first material over the created prepaid mobile card.
Change the material values as specular level=50,glossiness=20, diffuse color RGB
values=215, as shown in the fig.05.

Step9:
Save the work and press 'F9' to render the scene with the default resolution.
Change the resolution size as required by pressing the 'F10' including the path
to save the file with the required format, as shown in the fig.06.
